On May 28, 2014, Ray Green was found dead in a toolbox found on ex wife, Dani

Green's property.

"Dani Green, a competitive sharpshooter, offered several stories about the death of her ex-husband Ray – who was shot 10 times."

It was first told from Ray's mother, named Betty Green that had called the authorities and said Dani called her saying Ray was killed by their German Shepard dog.

"My daughter-in-law called this morning and said he was killed yesterday by a German Shepherd dog, the dog jumped up and grabbed his throat. "

Now realistically, although it may be possible to be killed by a dog, this story just seemed too suspicious for it to be that case. It briefly sounded as one of those typical stories where one of the partners in whatever relationship murders their partner with an intent.

According to Indiana Court of Appeals, the police had tracked down Ray's cellphone when they visited Dani's property and found it suspicious when Dani did not allow them to search her toolbox. Therefore, they got a search warrant to search Dani's property since she continued to refused for her toolbox to be searched. The police later then tracked down Ray's cellphone which then lead back to Dani's location in which Ray's body was later found dead in the toolbox.

Based off the photo above, I understand we cannot necessarily judge based off a picture but look how innocent the German Shepard, Jazzy seemed. In addition, German Shepards are very intelligent and obedient breeds. For whatever reason, Dani gave a case story to Ray's mother when she said their dog killed Ray. She then gave a different story when they police visited her to ask questions.

Tracey Abbott, the daughter of Ray and former ex wife Maggie Green.

Tracey Abott was the daughter of Ray and his ex wife named Maggie Green. Maggie had passed away before he later remarried to Dani Green. Tracey accused of Dani of dating or getting together with her father Ray only for his money. Tracey mentioned how when her father and Dani moved to Florida, they so happened to share a cellphone. As Tracey attempted several times to reach out to her father, she was never able to get in contact with him due to learning that Dani had her number blocked on their phone.

"I got this message saying this phone is no longer … taking calls from this number. … She had blocked my emails and letters. … sent him a certified Christmas card with pictures of his grandbabies, and it came back denied."

All this continued to make Ray's daughter, Tracey believe that Dani was only with her father for the money.

Circulations and answers continue to come up, towards this mysteries murder case and left with reasoning why exactly did Dani Green have the intent to murder her ex husband, Ray Green and what exactly what was her motive and why? Was it for his money?
